Meet your physio
The physio will take a thorough history to gather information about your condition.
The physio will conduct a thorough joint, nerve and muscular assessment using various test movements to determine any abnormalities.
Your physio will explain what is occurring and why. She will then discuss with you a treatment plan tailored to your injury/problem based on her assessment.
Various treatment methods will be discussed and then therapy will begin
